Cancellation Policy

Booking & Treatment Policy – Beauty by Rebecca Ruppli Consultation Requirement: It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any changes in medical history or circumstances that may affect the treatment. Payment Policy: All appointments must be booked online with full payment (100%) required at the time of booking to secure the appointment. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within this period may result in forfeiture of the full payment or session from package, at the discretion of Beauty by Rebecca Ruppli. Clients are advised to notify as early as possible in case of cancellations or rescheduling. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for informing Beauty by Rebecca Ruppli of any changes in health, medical history, pregnancy status, or any other concerns that may impact treatment safety and effectiveness. Late Arrivals: Late arrivals or failure to be present at the agreed treatment location on time may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling, subject to availability. Refund Policy: Refunds are not offered for treatments. However, Beauty by Rebecca Ruppli will consider concerns raised and may reschedule treatments where possible.
