A: Beauty by Ruppli is a mobile beauty therapy business based in the Geneva and Vaud regions. Treatments are offered in the comfort of your home, hotel, or office. We can offer treatments outside of the cantons above however you will have to contact us directly.

A: Services are offered in English and French.

Q: How can I book an appointment?
A: You can easily book via our website www.beautybyruppli.com using the online booking system. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Q: Do I need to prepare anything before the appointment?
A: Please ensure a clean, quiet space with access to a power outlet. A treatment table and all equipment will be provided.

Treatments

Q: What types of treatments do you offer?
A: We offer a wide range of professional treatments including facials, waxing, lash and brow treatments, and targeted skincare solutions. Medical-grade skincare (ZO Skin Health) is also available.

Q: Are the products you use suitable for sensitive skin?
A: Yes. We use high-quality, dermatologically tested products from ZO Skin Health. If you have specific allergies or concerns, please mention them during booking.

Q: Can I receive treatments if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
A: Yes, many treatments are safe, but some restrictions apply. Please inform us when booking so we can tailor the service accordingly.

Payments & Pricing

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept card payments, via our website systems, bank transfer.

Q: Do you offer gift vouchers?
A: Yes, digital gift vouchers are available for purchase via the website. They make perfect gifts for loved ones.

Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Our pricing reflects the high quality of service and professional products used. We do not offer discount codes to maintain the value of our treatments.

Q: Do you sell skincare products?
A: Yes, we sell ZO Skin Health products online and in person.

Q: Can I get a consultation for skincare products?
A: Absolutely. Book a virtual consultation, and we’ll create a personalised routine for your skin needs.

Cancellations & Policies

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee.

Q: What if I’m running late?
A: Please notify us as soon as possible. Appointments may be shortened to respect the schedule of other clients.

Q: Can I get treatments if I’m outside Geneva or Vaud?
A: Depending on the location and availability, travel can be arranged for an additional fee. Please inquire directly.

Q: Is everything disinfected and hygienic?
A: Yes. Hygiene is our top priority. All equipment is disinfected between each client, and disposable materials are used whenever appropriate.
