• Products purchased from Beauty by Ruppli can be returned if they are:
  • Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Returned within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt.

Exclusions

• For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
• Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Faulty or Damaged Products

• If a product is faulty or damaged upon receipt, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase.
• Faulty products will be replaced or refunded after verification.
